Shares of Bombardier slipped on the TSX on Monday, a day after Scandinavian Airlines System permanently stopped flying the company's Q400 turboprops.
Bombardier shares fell 19 cents, or more than 3 per cent, ending at $5.34 on the TSX.
The flag carrier of Sweden, Denmark and Norway, SAS made the decision the day after an SAS turboprop - also known as the Dash 8 Q400 - crash-landed with 44 people on board in Denmark when part of its landing gear collapsed.

After the SAS problem all government investigations cleared the planes for safety within 2 weeks. The proof that SAS still has faith in the plane is that 2 weeks ago, they just ordered another 14 Q400 planes with a total order of $883 million dollars inlcuding some jets for a total of 27 planes. SAS has options that could total as much as $1.75 BILLION for the total order. They talked to the union reps who did the shoddy work on the landing gear & will be sending their asses to Iraq ASAP. lol
Why is Porter Air still flying these dangerous planes?
