woahhh, that sucks man. but that was just plain stupid to try to keep trying until you broke the pole. how's the arm? i'm sure it would've sucked going through 10 weeks of rehab?

Well yes fine for everyday life but not for pole vaulting as the right arm needs to to be stretched behind your head but i couldn' lift it up with a straight arm to my ear, with the arm fully bent it was a little easier to use , but vaulting needs a straight arm
