horrible show, horrible movie, no more clones wars, how bout galactic civil war, jedi civil war, mandalorian wars, great galactic war, the new sith wars, or even yuhong vong war, there are so many points they can make shows or movies on but they have to go to already greatly explored territory, with this deplorible tv series and movie, the old one is so much better.
Not really, its Padawan and Master. The whole terminology is there, whether the teacher is of the rank of Jedi Master or not.
One, this isn't written by Lucas, in actuality, the majority of it is written by other authors with Lucas's permission. Two, Galen, Vader's apprentice, has his story in The Force Unleashed, which is between episodes 3 and 4, if you didn't notice the whole, didn't have a survival suit. Three, Jedi do not need to be Jedi Masters to have an apprentice, they just can't be apprentices themselves. Obi-Wan was granted the rank of Jedi Knight and took Anakin as his apprentice at the exact same time.

The only thing Lucas had to do with this movie was creating the universe and being the producer of the movie. That's it.
He didn't write it. Also there have been several works expanding the Star Wars Universe in terms of comics, novels, and of course video games.
-This series ties in with the 2D animated Clone Wars series like the comics and so on.
-Well Anakin isn't a sith yet. There is a vast difference in settings in the clone wars and by the time he is Vader. Sidious also planned to take advantage of Starkiller.
-Alright the novels nor the movie never mentioned Jabba having a son. So?
-Isn't Anakin a Jedi Knight at this point? Can't Knight's also have Padawan but yeah, the times Anakin is referred to as "master" is off but nothing to dwell on.
The series it self gets very dark several times but I agree with you on terms of the opening.
The opening does make more sense for the TV series but given the first episode was in movie form it should of had the traditional opening.
ok, this movie disrespected the entire storyline first off, lucas already made a clone wars series when episode II came out, second, why would they have anakin/vader have 2 apprentices, asoka and then again in THE FORCE UNLEASHED, thirdly, the novels never mentioned jabba having a son nor in the movies, and lastly, if anakin did had an apprentice, he would have been promoted to jedi master which he never did as mentioned in episode III, so how does all of this fit in between episodes II and III?
i know it messes up the story , plus if you read the Jedi Prince series of novels you learn that Jabba never had any family except his father
even though i love the film, i wish it was dark like the trailer as well as a stronger plott, but the action and final lightsaber fight was awesome, also it needed a normal opening.

At first I thought this film would be pointless, but now i am completly hooked into both the movie and the TV series! Gotta admit it can be a bit cheesy but it's definatly worth watching!

This was actually a pretty good movie, I love the animation, and the storyline was somewhat good except for a few things: such as Jabba the Hut having a son...he NEVER had a son....wtf?
