Yeah all fine and sigusting. But PETA is such a weird organisation they do some shit that makes them a very easy political mark. Besides animal cruelty shouldn't really be one of the main liberal priorities now (neither is it) maybe in the 90s but there or so much bigger issues right now. Focus the energy of PETA on things like the Amazon and global warming in general instead.

Wow so two other things that we should focus on then. So I guess we shouldn't focus on child welfare either then. Or AIDS. The point is that for you to say not only that we should focus on other things--because everyone has a right to prioritize their values--but for you to be saying that we shouldn't have animal rights as a priority at all, just sows how little you know about the issue or maybe just how little compassion you have for suffering.

I didnt even Know Alec Baldwin was a veg. I eat meat and its very expensive to buy from small farms where I know the animals are treated well. Hopefully some slaughter houses will follow the laws more closely.

how pathetic of peta and their betrayal. How can you you say that this is going to do any good for the animals?? "humane" laws do not really work because if you have 10 billion land animal being butchered every year you really think the factory workers are going to care. NO!!

they should have stuck to showing the cruelty video and not "air" to the public about "humane" law or "humane" meat which peta advocate and endorse. what do you think now meat eaters or those who are veggie might go back to eating meat, or meat eaters most likely wont bother with changing to vegan diet. why should they, the animals die "happier" because of peta bullshit hypocrite!! Now more farm animals will die, more stress of slaughter house workers, and they would not even care.
