Videos on Mp4 Player

I can't find mp4 nation knowledge base, can you please help me??? I tried googling it, has it change or been removed and will version 9.0.50 work, do I need to download any upgrades, I'm lost here???

kay.... heres wats happening... the vid starts fine.... then after about 15 secs into the vid it gives: "format error".... m aybe it has to do with the settings of the converter
