They are not as offroad as everyone thinks becuae you have to put new tires on them and jack them up just to get them to go off-road otherwise they will get stuck in a kids sandbox. Seroiusly you have to put offroad tires on them and jack them up.

ahhh no, they're suprisingly able offroad, except if you get the three amigos and the car wont move ;)

I know someone who has had the 3 amigos since he first purchased the car. The dealor told him to replace the ABS unit. He spent $2000 on parts and labor and still has the 3 amigos.

yeah apparently if you replace the cables going to the ABS sensors in the wheels it rectifies the problem (because the old series two's used two short cables with a link between them, and the newer ones use one long one) it seems to work, but now we've just blown a starter solenoid ahah.

Ah I love the older land rovers. The new ones dont even look like they can offroad there just so flashy.

Ive never been off roading before, but would love to. My dad had a hummer h2 but, I can safely say that its one of the worst cars ever. I dont know how it does in the mud though:)
