Good God. you know, I'm all about feeling good about yourself, but please. If you're enormously overweight...ie needing a 3x. Then your health is in order. The reason diets don't work is because people get OFF the diet once they've reached their target weight. And they start eating like the fat slobs they are. Do be succsessfull you need to permanently change your diet, damn fat son of a bitch!!
