This show really surprised me sometimes. This scene was so powerful. It really is too bad this show fell apart after this. Season one had some great stuff too, where Ryan bummed Marissa the cigarette, where they kissed on the ferris wheel and when he saved her in Mexico. Silly teenager show but once in awhile it could be just amazing. Maybe it was the wine :P

season 4 was really forced! they really destroyed it! i mean marissa was usually the one who caused the trouble and made the stories seem more natural! now the whole taylor-ryan thing and the whole let's-or-let's-not-get-married thing between seth and summer and a whole bunch of crap shown in season ... it's a pity that this show had to end with a non-existing core 4 and with stories wihich were actually all about the person who left the show!
