to the average viewer, you may feel bad for melissa, but she doesn't feel bad for herself. her life has moved forward and he is nothing but a bad memory. the tat was an amazing experience and will always remind her of what she went through. it is now surrounded by many other tattoos. if you are clever enough to find her on myspace, then you can see what it looks like now. keep commenting--love it or hate it, she's happy and that's all that matters!

an update from someone who knows melissa: life is great and she loves to read all of your comments! yes, the tat did not heal very well and it is being retouched soon. yes, chris started to draw it but then ami stepped in. if you watch the clip closely, you will see the hands change during the drawing part to ami's hand.
