straight into bike hell
he just found out that olive garden was closed that day... poor italian guy...
Als Teamchef hätte ich ihm was anderes gesagt. SO geht man nicht mit einem 10000€ Bike um!!!
By any chance, was the name of that biker "Daniel LaRusso"?
God, I love him. I hope he can still have kids...
It sucks even harder because he is a TT national champion, he would have beaten the other four in the sprint when they attacked him, and he probably would have gotten the stage win. That just sucks.
Bet he wouldn't have done it if he had to pay for that bike himself.
I'm not sure of the context but it looks like he just lost a potential win just before the line and with adrenaline pumping I'm sure his was an expected and justified action. Can't you imagine the feelings evoked by a sudden waste of all your training or have you never trained hard for a race?
Yes, he did nearly win, and having trained for all sorts of competitions from bike to horses to swimming and sailing, I can imagine his frustration - and I'm far from being at David Millar's level in any of my miscellaneous sports. Still, I hate to see such a nice bike get trashed! Maybe it landed in the bushes...
man!!! if i was that guy in the red and white jersey in the crowd i wouldve been straight onto his bike and into the bushes!!! woo hoo for free stuff!!!
