Pollitically, I think that when western world started to see him positivly, he starts to loose some credibility in my eyes... don't you think it's a little bit weird?

I'll have to disagree... He's losing credibility because that's what some muslim extremists want: to distort his image... The west is not anti-Islam... It is anti-what-Islam-seems-to-be... There has to be someone who works on bridging the gap between Muslims and the west. Otherwise, we'll spend the rest of our lives hating each other. Amr Khaled is doing a great job... not like other "sheiks" who preach "hatred messages", send damnations, and confirm exactly what others take us to be!!
