my friend was an eigth grader last year and he vaulted 11 ft now as a freshman, he vaults 12

what was that thing about prematurley turning left, i do that, but dont know how to fix it

I started polevaulting this year at my high school. Im a junior and i'm getting 11'. It doesnt hurt at all when you land on your back, as a matter of fact its actually pretty fun. You get use to it, and the first time you invert and snake over the bar its probably the best feeling ever

always fall on your feet? rightttt im a freshman and i was trying to get to 10 feet and i was holding too high, i jumped and fell back right on my back and banged my head on the track. it kinda hurt, alot

dude, my friends who was in eighth grade cleared 10'6.

Last year i was in the seveth grade too and i got 7.6ft i dont think i ever fell, there's been a couple of times i haven't made it all the way into the pit but it doesn't hurt. Dont be scared.

your coach wont let you fall back because the only way you will fall back is if you hold too high and you will land on your feet anyways
