how did THIS SPEECH end the USSR tho? The wall didn't even come down until 10 months after Reagan left office, and over 2.5 after this speech.

How is this speech overrated? He helped to re-unify East and West Germany.

He was another California Governor who was a former actor. :) Yay California!
