The Tutorsky Mansion at 16th Street Riggs Place near Dupont Circle. Looks a bit like the Addams Family house, no? Golda Meir is said to have lived here for a while in the 1940's while trying to gain statehood for Israel. It was once owned by a Russian pianist who gave piano lessons here.
