Sure don't see many extremely good shot putters that glide anymore. I'm in HS and I do the glide and its hard finding good throwers that I can learn from.

this vidio is awsome it also helped me with my way of throwing. i am a 14 year old in middle school track and field 7th grade and i like to boast the i am the best in my district (43ft 51/2in is my personal best but only whith a 4k of course )
