In January 2007 when minimum wage was increased from $5.15 to $7.25. Pelosi had American Samoa exempted from the increase so Del Monte would not have to pay the higher wage. When the huge bailout bill was passed, Pelosi added and earmark to the final bill adding $33 million for an 'economic' development credit in American Samoa.

Congress should be wearing black and white stripe clothing and bars on the windows. Pre Bailout, words really come back to haunt. This should sicken every American. Congress was never looking out for us. Only special interest, lobbyists and CEO's. But remember, Dems are for the little guy! Tax breaks for all under 250m Don't trust them! Liars!
