i feel that this song is open for so much interpretation. it can be about, as the lyrics simply line, a guy getting ready for a date. i also agree with yana555yana, that its about relishing every moment. another perspective is that it is about jesus, and the last supper. i know its not 100% believable, but it does sort of fit. i feel that the video portrays this in a way, saying that essentially, god is with everyone, regardless of who they are or what they are doing. just a different look at it
