That's what I thought too, til I drove a V8 Vantage. Now I desperately want one, more than a DB9. Guess I might change my mind if I drove an DB9 tho...

1987 opel omega 3000 0-200
As you can hear, an Opel 3 Litre inline 6 banger with 180 HP sounds better than most exotic cars from today--todays synthetic playstation-like sound design sucks ;)

actually tata "owns" nothing, it was "sold" on a lease program that isn't even entirely dependable on tata's part.

One other thing, Ford OWNED Aston not built. Its not like Lambo's which are actually Built in the same factory as Audi's. Same with Ferrari, Ferrari's are not built by Fiat, the company is OWNED by Fiat.
|
A consortium of businessmen bought Aston lead by Dave Richards, Prodrive chairman but he has stated that Prodrive will stay seperate although still maintaining the already strong bond between the two that was present before Ford sold, Tata has nothing to do with it but there are 2 Kuwaiti companies involved but in a pureley financial and investmant capacity.
