No, they are saying that a lot of girls (in general) have long torsos and short legs which what they think should be the other way around.

hmm i don't think so i think they're trying to say their models are short torsos and long legs because i don't think i've seen any of them have shorter legs...?

That's what I thought. There may be a lot of models who are even skinnier than that, but that doesn't make Alessandra Ambrosio full figured in any way. (though I might consider Heidi cury)
