I think Lexus will produce it's just a matter of time because they have put too much money into it already. It will be a "luxury-super car" not a pure racer like the GTR. It's somewhat in a different niche. The GTR is a bargain super-racer. The NSX and IF-A is a sport luxury. But, the GTR gets 3.2sec from 0-60 because it uses "launch control" where the engine ie rev at 4500rpm before it runs. I dont know how most other car gets fast 0-6 timing but the way GTR got it seems cheating, kinda

LF-A: 7:24 (Stop Watch) GTR Vspec: 7:25 (Stop Watch, same group who clocked the LF-A). Corvette ZR1: 7:26 Zonda F: 7:27 Carrera GT: 7:28 O man this is going to be a hella fun supercar battle to come.

what's crazy is the wide price range of those cars you just listed. zr1 being near the bottom end (100K?) and the carrera gt being near the top (400K?.) will still be an awesome battle :]
