2007 Volvo XC90 V8 Sport Road Test by Edmunds' Inside Line

I have the 2004 Volvo XC90 Five Cylinder Turbo. I'm averaging 26 miles per gallon and it has plenty of power for me. I've never driven a car that felt so solid and comfortable at the same time. I've owed a 2004 Prius hybrid and also a 2003 Highlander. The Volvo XC90 is by far number one on my list. Until a car gets over 100 miles per gallon, I'll stay with my Volvo XC90. 45mpg in the Prius just wasn't worth it to me. I just may have our XC90 converted to Pure Electric Vehicle. That will be nice!

What a statement! (a stupid one) I love my XC90 T6 - it's a six cilinder but I love it nevertheless. It's a head-turner. Beautiful design and it handles great. I wish I had the V8 model but so far I'm happy with it. And the third seating row is awesome, I use it all the time.
