I hope they bring back Annie Sugden for Jack's funeral as well as some of the other old cast members too.

oh shite I didn't know Clive Hornby had passed away! that's really sad news. I think we're very much behind in Sweden. The episodes being aired now may be a few years old actually.

I hope they will write a storyline like a death & funeral, cause theres noway another actor can play Jack Sugden, only Clive Hornby & he playd Jack 100% great.

Sad lost to the show Clive Hornby playd Jack as past away. He will be miss.

I wonder if Jack will have a death & funeral in the storyline like Seth Armstrong did?

I am sorry but the show is like a pantomime now, so much over-acting going on. It used to be under-stated and that was its beauty. Now its over the top, garish, and just awful. Like Dynasty in the Dales!

it is not a bad show, how many other soaps, have house collapses, people gettng murdered in excellent ways for example Tom King, houses being blowin up by broken gas pipes, amazing storms, and more importantly a gr8 cast, so hushtt !

I preferred it when it was called Emmerdale Farm and the Sugdens were the centrepiece of the show. Having said that, the Kim Tate era was also pretty good. The show is total crap now.

i like this theme tune, but i prefered it when it was on the piano.
