that video is riddiculous. she doesnt even know how to play lacrosse and she kept refering to the goalie as a he. yeah um this is GIRLS lacrosse! hello! get a clue

This is a good video but the shovel shot is a modiify shot in highschool it is known as a cheap shot so advice is not to use it
