you need to jump off the ground. that way if you jumped you could get on bigger poles, and going higher
good luck

i started my soph year my pr soph year was 9 6 but my pr junior year is 15 but i got injured so ive been only clearing 146 but i cleared 15 on a 14

im a sophomore and this is my first year vaulting. im only getting 9'6 right now. mostly b/c of my invert [or lack of it thereof].
but im on a 12'9 pole. what are you using?

don't land on your feet even when you bail on a jump. that's how you break an ankle, blow out a knee, sprain everything. people have done crazy things from landing on their feet. don't ruin a possible career on a dumb move like that.
nice vaulting btw

you have almost the same vault progression as me... i jumped 11'6" freshman outdoor then 14' sophmore indoor... i want to be up around 15ft this outdoor season (sophmore year still).... very nice vaulting... you have a much better invert then I do...
