PLUGIN HYBRID WITH 125 MILE EV RANGE?

It's not a luxury SUV yet it's the same price as the Yukon Denali, a luxury SUV. Unbelievable that they charge so much for Hybrid vehicles. Hybrids might get better MPG and might save gas, but hey... the battery for hybrids has to be shipped from and to so many places of the world. Do you think that's environmentally friendly? And can those batteries be recycled? The only real benefit is saving money on gas, and yet you have to pay $10,000 or $15,000 extra for the Hybrid battery. Unbelievable...

Our governemnt is stupid. They put these bullshit safety requirements in place, which makes the cars heavier, therefore they use more fuel, BUT, then the government gets pissed because the fuel economy isn't good enough...IT PISSES ME OFF!!! The government is hear to protect us, not run our FUCKING lives.

Amen to that. We're at $3.71 regular and $3.91 Super Unleaded in my town. Those damn bastards!

They really need to step there game up, it sucks when your whole line is "SUV" or truck based nothing but bricks if they come out with something like 30mpg 4WD, then i think more consumers would be impressed and willing to buy these things

It's still a ginormous lumbering brick with no off road capibility that is less fuel eficiant and manuverable than a prius. It will always be this useless no matter how many trick drive systems you add.

Maybe someone could tell me something about Hybrid SUV equipped battery. How long it could work? I meaning it's life-cycle. If it have to be changed how much should we pay? I think The total lifecycle fee will more than traditional SUV.
