like this song. like the dixie chicks too. Wat I didnt understand was why people burned their CD's and boycotted them because they simply expresed their oppinion? I mean they didnt make any racial or religious accusations they jus said what they felt abt a politician/their political view. if ppl didnt like it why did they have to be all violent?

The Dixie Chicks are over & history as far as I'm concerned. Their first three albums are country/pop masterpieces, no doubt about it. IMO, Natalie killed the Chicks with her big mouth, trying to make an anti-war statement, that wasn't too cool, unlike Lennon.

They're such an inspiration. Their music is amazing and touching and beautiful. I absolutely love them and I don't even like country music that much! Oh, and Bush is a complete twit, but then again, America voted for him. It makes you wonder if some people can really be that blind to their own governement. Great song!

If you look at the election results and his job approval ratings, you'll see something of a different picture. He duped a lot of people to get into office, yes, but an almost equal number of people weren't fooled, and more have woken up over time. Long Live the Dixie Chicks!
