I used to do Judo. Its tough but in the long run its fun an it could help you out in real life. Plus the thrill of victory is the best.

I love to watch Judo even though I don't train in it. I agree with RedArtic. I saw a video of a Judo dojo in Japan and the warm up would have kicked my ass. 2 hours of warm up!!
