I think "whatchulookinat" was released first because she had a point she wanted to make- leave me alone. Then too, releasing that one first may have been seen as a strategy to generate more interest in the entire album. If she is starting with "get out of my business", what must the remainder of the album be like. Some probably speculated that it must be hot. But, I do get your point. I like both cuts, and I like this one best.

WTLA was released first. In summer of 2002...but i think the chart peaks in the U.S. was not great and they pushed "OOTD" which did much better...i still remember the frist time hearing this on the radio :)
