The whining sound are the blow off valves (BOV) relieving intake pressure when the throttle is released.

What is that kind of whining sound whenever he makes gear changes and gets his foot off the clutch? Not many of these are seen, it is a beautiful car, nicer than the Veyron, I´d say.

I find it kind of hilarious. Speaking some german and english, it is very strange how I mostly understand what he's saying. Very neat for not knowing the language. Oh, and damn do I love this car.

Well apparently the closest relative of English is Frisian of which Frisia is partially in the Netherlands so some Dutch I guess could sound similar to English.
