The Camaro was introduced in 1967, but the 67 model year was in late 66. There is no such thing as a 66 1/2 camaro. And dodge also had the dart and the duster and gm had the nova these are other pony cars that people often overlook.

olso101, the first camaro was the 66 1/2. So there was a 67, and a 68. And all the way up to the 2002 model. And Ford Co had the 'stang and the Couger, GM had the Camaro and the 'bird, Chry/Dodge had the Challenger and the 'cudda. Those were the 6 classic pony cars, each company had 2.

happydave56 camaro didn't have a 67, they came out in 68.
