extreme rules and barbedwire didn't make ECW yes it was a part but come on WWE had the hardcore title it didn't make the company have the ECW attitude. ECW is cult anti-establisment theres no ECW fans in the WWE arena when did you last hear a you fucked up or Shut the fuck up chant...there is no ECW with out-them all the extreme rules matches don't mean a damn thing. GO BACK TO HAmmerstien ballroom and small areanas thats were real old ECW.

No doubt about it, you can argue that these two put on the two or three best matches in ECW History, which is really saying something considering the quality of wrestling in ECW.

They should, but they won't. If they brought that stuff back, then ECW would be one of the most watched shows, and would certainly overtake Smackdown! in the ratings, imo. So while it would be good for ECW, it would hurt Vince's ego to know that Heyman's style is just as good, if not better, than his own.
