Um...no. EJ was still a baby at this point. That's her brother.

Technically EJ was born in about 1997, and Sami was already an adult. They haven't actually mentioned his age since he returned.

Yes. Have you ever heard of SORASing? They aged the character like they just did with Ciara. Obviously he's not actually eleven, but EJ (known then as Elvis, previously known as John Jr.) was born on the show in 1997. He left with his mother and stepfather in 1998, I believe, and returned as an adult in 2006.
