Vin Scully is the greatest baseball announcer I have ever heard in my lifetime. I know that Jack Brickhouse and Red Barber were great in their day, but Vin had a way to tell a story to the audience.

that one call always gives me chills when i hear it-"little roller up along first, behind the bag!! it gets thru buckner!! here comes knight and the mets win it!!"

That's great...the player of the game was on the losing team. I think that jinxed the whole thing.
