Charlie Rose - ALEC BALDWIN

Big fan of this show...watch it semi-regularly...but doesn't Charlie kind of come off as very negitive? Alec Baldwin trys to express his joy of acting and Rose keeps bringing the topic back to "...So do you regret not doing so-and-so films which later were boxoffice hits?" Is Charlie trying to bring him down??

I did a Google search on this: -- "Alec Baldwin" asshole -- and guess how many hits came up? Only about 41,200. Baldwin is a socialist, elitist a-hole deluxe who believes he knows what's best for you "the little people." Americans need to quit allowing Hollywood to spew its political agenda all over us. Want to be a Democrat? Want to be a Republican? Either way, it's your decision. But NEVER let a celebrity talk you into it.

its allright, I am hoping he will lose some weight and revert to old Alec who was a solid performer, now as hes gained weight hes become more Orson Welles type or Marlon Brando Figure but he should be better when he was thinner

Why no mention of Baldwin's great achievement - Glengarry Glen Ross. He has an opinion and he's prepared to express it. Unfortunately that does not help an actor's career.

I highly doubt he speaks to enhance his career. In fact he's so opinionated, he's the opposite. Awesome interview, highly intense talented individual.
