Quake and Quake II on my Kaiser

Swype's the name of the technology. You can find it on youtube. I'd still want a keyboard. Made slim. D'you really think I should preserve this and sell it on ebay asap for a Pro? Is the keyboard that much better? I know the RAM is :P

I think you should get the touch pro, being that everything about it is better except the memory. apparently the Touch Pro's battery is even better, it's 1350 mAh, while the Diamond's is only 900 mAh. check pdadb(dot)net and compare the features there. One thing I reeaaaly look forward to is the Touch Pro's Video out!

Thanks I'm really really gonna consider getting a TP now. Man I wish I had a TP in my hand BEFORE I sold my Diamond. But life doesn't work like that :( There's actually a thread in the Diamond section in xda-devs on whether TV-out is possibleon Diamond. I was gonna have a good laugh as I entered the thread, but you know it COULD be possible...since the hardware is almost completely identical. Due to promoting TP they may just have decided to leave TV-out out of Diamond.

really? well that would be cool if they did get it working, I wonder if anyone has tried plugging in their home made TV out cables from their TouchPro's yet. I'm defiantly gonna make one of those cables when I get one. I hear there is a problem with the TouchPro registering assigned keys on the keyboard while trying to play emulators, but I think there is a fix or temporary fix for that. I wanna see some video of how it handles pocketSNES and GBA.

I hope to see this phone, you should have goten the Touch Pro over the Diamond, of corse unless you dont use a keyboard. I was the Touchpro (Fuze), but if an Nvidia WM phone is on it's way maybe I should wait...

Nah I heard of the MS phone off of a few different websites. I still am thinking of selling my Diamond and Elfin for a Pro. But it's just so damn expensive and seems unreachable :S The only thing that worries me about an MS WM phone is that it may be insanely ugly or way too big!

I doubt it will be big, I mean, yes, normally they dont take those things into consideration, but being they are trying to compete with the iphone I dont see why they wouldnt try to make the device slim. I most certainly hope it has a keyboard.. I'm gonna do some googling on the MS phone, see what I can find.

Doubt the keyboard, I mean yes it is useful, esp. for gaming, but the Dream didn't win any popularity points did it? Do you think the new Swipe (I think it was that) technology will be in it for text input?

lol i didnt realize that till you pointed it out.. Swipe is all software technology right? no extra hardware neede? if so it will soon be avaible on xda developers lol. Well the only advantage of the diamond is more ROM memory, 4gb. But the Touch Pro has more RAM, ram is better, being that you cant expand it with a memory card like you can with ROM. So a memory card can make up for the Touch Pro's Rom memory.
