i wasn't there when perry signed the bill, nor was i in his head when he signed it. so i'm not about to say that gov perry doesn't care about fatal side effects of a drug. and about him forcing them to take the drug, i guess you didn't see his state of the state address when he talked about this and he said (from his own mouth) that if parents don't feel comfortable for their daughters to take then THEY COULD ABSTAIN. meaning they are not forced to take it
