Stop using CHILDREN as an excuse for implementing DRACONIAN tactics. They are ONLY children for a SHORT SPAN of Time!! ALSO you shouldn't be RAISING KIDS IN THE CITY. It's such dangerous place and unhealthy place to do that..we have the highest level of ASTHMA in the nation. If you are a parent raising a kid here..you are an idiot!!! This place is already a dump..has been a dump for 100 years!!! The solutions are below:

The commute will be better for the RICH! the SOLUTION for cleaner air is ELECTRIC CARS!!! That should be put FIRST. Then a track system for employees to arrive to work..and once congestion is relieved...develop places for people to properly STORE THEIR BIKES!!!! Healthier for the Air for everyone...Even healthier for the people (riding bikes) and not one has to suffer their POCKETS. Never hit an American in the pocket.

Now remind me why I pay STATE and CITY tax??? so these guys can devise underhanded tactics to TAKE MORE MONEY!!!..shit...I live in Manhattan AND don't have a car...but this still pisses me off!! FOR MY FELLOW AMERICANS AND NEW YORKERS!!! I'm a manhattanite..and I still would VOTE NO!!!
