Ellen Burstyn in Requiem for a Dream

I watched this today, and it scared me so bad. I thought I was going crazy. The last scene in the movie with her, is the most painful.

i totally agree, i saw this movie for like a week ago and i was so touched bu her performance her acting was one of the best i've ever seen.

This is one of the saddest movie moments of all time! All the Sara Goldfarb scenes made me cry. She's my favorite character in the film. Ellen Burstyn got robbed at the Oscars!!!

I tell you whats amazing in this video. When the host comes out of the TV and sara is trying to explain herself to them, you can totally see her just sitting in that room talking to her self. The way they do the sound on that part really sells it.
