This glitch gets you under the map, first you can swim but then you can walk in the water and shoot people or police above you. Tutorial. Step 1: Get into a 4x4 and drive to the gap in the fence seen in the video. Drive over the wall and drop down to sand. Step 2: Then drive into the corner shown in the video and get out your 4x4.
