Dark Shadow old vs. new Angelique

sorry but the Revival Angelique is definately more convincing in this video. She is much more attractive too. I know ppl are always drawn to the original but take sentiment out of it and the new Angelique wins.

Lysette Anthony was certainly pretty enough for the role, but her sort of witchcraft was slightly different from the original's...The way she did things just seemed too stereotypical...Lara Parker's version always surprised you with what she could do. So I'm a Lara Parker fan all the way^^

I don't normally comment on videos. But I couldn't help it. The 'original' Angelique was 'da bomb'. She fit that role to a 'T'. The newer Angelique had nothing on the original one.

Lara Parker - HANDS DOWN!!! She totally OWNED that role and her chemistry with Jonathan Frid was electric!

I loved the old series, I've seen the new series and thought the orginal Angelique (Lara Parker)was way better and the best of the two...I'm a big fan of Lara Parker...I do wish they would bring Darkshadows back but as a next generation show, with camo's of any of the orginal cast (those's still living ).
