The Sisters of Mercy -- Doctor Jeep

Oh my beloved Sisters of Mercy. What happened? This album was such a pile of shit. Man was i sad when this was released. Well I still love the old Sisters. Guess Andrew lost his vision thing.

I was really stoked on it when it was released. I thought of it as an interesting spin for the band. Just wish they'd have released something after.... I've always thought this track to be sort of a nod to billy idol's white wedding. as funny as that might sound.

gimme a break. this is crap. If evolution means becoming bland and boring then you are right. I was the biggest Sisters fan back in 1983 and I still love the old stuff. This just sucks. Listen to First and Last and Always and then tell me how great Vision Thing is.

"old stuff" being the operative word. Trust me , I totally agree with your sentiments and I, too, was there in 1983.... Also, 'bland' and 'boring', really?! There are many adjectives you could have chosen but these aren't two of them for this song.. How many bands have release the same music over and over and over again....and failed. MY opinion is that this is a great. Each to their own...

1:00 "MEV" Appears on the lower right of the screen 1:05ish There is a man on the screen that looks kind of like Lennon, then it flips to people shooting guns. 1:08 The screen says "KEEP OUT" 1:35... I don't know what this is. 2:31 O.R. 2:34ish there is a message that flashes, I cant tell, but i think it was "God Save The Queen" Well thats all i can find, its pretty funny actually.
