Yep...it is an 88. 87 was the last year for RWD and body on frame construction. My dad had an 80 (only year with the large grille & 4 headlamp front end) Limited coupe. They were very comfortable but underpowered.

They came out as an 89 model in 88 and are basically a fancier Chevy Lumina.

how can that be when thew regal came out BEFORE the lumina? lumina=1990 regal=1988
