Actually Rajesh Roshan has said that he'd taken permission from Sony Erikkson to use the tune.Now Sony Erikkson has said that it was wrong of them to have done that as they too did not own the copyrights.Guess Mr Sampath needed the money too as he's come up with his case just before the movie's release.
