of curse it is, but i think that the city was rather small, i mean all my metropolis are 5000+ in people and i build only villas+ so that is an impressiv feat, and don't cheat so much we all know that it is impossible to get all those buildings on first training level and you've surely cheated with the need of food and cost of building construction. try to build one without cheats it is so easy otherwise. but otherwise the city is good.

well its kinda like both you can either build big and impressive cities or massive and destructive armies. and that determines pretty much are you good or evil god.
