Monterey Monty Jack Can Be A Better Genie In Lamp

Actually mice prefer seeds, grain and fruits. Rats are the rodents that can't resist cheeze. So respectively Monty's character should've been a rat.

Funny he says this in this episode, because in Mind Your Cheese and Q's (in season 2), he does get his fill (though momentarily). Then again, season one had Peter Cullen as Monterey Jack while season 2 (and the five-part episode of how the Rescue Rangers formed) had Jim Cummings as Monterey Jack (and Cummings is the best one IMO).
