Description :	TURTLE TRAX (turtles.org) and MISSISSAUGAWATCH (mississaugawatch.ca) have been testing alternate means of transportation while on Maui. (Admittedly it never occurred to us to try walking...) We live in Mississauga --the self-proclaimed "Best city in Cana..." make that "Greatest City in the World". We decided to check out MAUI TRANSIT to compare with our own "Greatest City in the World" MISSISSAUGA TRANSIT. We like MISSISSAUGA TRANSIT but overall we give MAUI TRANSIT a higher rating. After all, you can't beat where they decided to put their bus stops! Especially in February. Maui buses certainly encourage and assist bicyclists what with the bike racks at the front of all Maui buses. GREAT IDEA. This video shows the Kihei Islander in action and then a much smaller bus that does the Napili to Kaanapali run. Want to read more on Mississauga?
