the "dancing" missles are proly the TOW's since they have small rocket engins to corect theyr flight,if a rocket fires off the boost looks like the missle is dancing. the Missles you dont see comming are proly hellfires wich are fired up into the air and then redirected to the target by laser tracking. its call'd rainbow fire if i am not wrong. keep any typos you find,never learnd english in shool.

If you look in the upper right there is a designator showing the weapon being fired (TOW) for tube launched optically tracked wire guided (The gunner flies these in by a wire) and HF (DES) probably laser designated HellFire Missle.

i like how the missiles "dance" before hitting the targets :)

The new cobra's come with both Hellfire and TOW missiles. The Hellfires climb before hitting the target. Alot were also launched from other aircraft.
