go to the dreamcast link and go down to S section and find sonic adventure, then extract the file and load it under mulldc.

no need to make a video, the description is pretty self explanatory, there are many tutorials on youtube, learn how to use an emulator by watching one, then come back to my video on where to get them. (I hope that didn't sound dickish)
