Description :	The twins and I made this film on Easter Sunday 2007, showcasing my car, the Renault Twingo. Despite selling millions across Europe over 14 years, the Twingo was never sold in the UK. The accompanying music, an interpretation of Robert Palmer's 'Johnny And Mary' by Martin Taylor, was previously used in the original Renault adverts, most notably the UK Clio series starring 'Nicole' and 'Papa'. This film helped to advertise my car, which was I sold on September 9th, 2007, the very same weekend that the Twingo was launched in the UK; albeit in an all-new version. Au revoir, ma Twingo!

Well, that's a nice Twingo advert! So the car wasn't sold in the UK? *lol* So you see: It's YOU driving on the wrong side, not us!*g* I've heard that you can change the position of the front and rear seats so you could even sleep in the car or transport very long stuff on the right side. Is that true? If so, I think about getting one as a (very) small transporter, because I don't want to use my all-new Citroen C2 for that...it could become dirty *scream*

I loved this car! But when the rest of Europe got the Twingo the UK had to make do with the old Renault 5 Campus - all because Renault couldnt be bothered to make a right hand drive version.

My French Renault Twingo was bought by a English lady in Paris, she then moved to Oxford UK. The next owner took it to Spain, then back up to Manchester. I bought it from him and it stayed with me on the Welsh border for 2 years. This film served as a kind of advertisement for selling the car - And it worked! It's now living in Spain (again) at the holiday home of its new owner. I do miss the Twingo!
