Yeah, that line stuck with me all these years. XD (Haven't really seen this episode since I was 10 or so). Negaduck (whichever one we're talking about, Darkwing's bad side or the one from the other dimension) is hilarious because he's just so deliciously, gleefully ROTTEN. He just LOVES to be MEAN for the sheer fun of it. For some reason, that's just so funny to watch. (Not so funny in real life, though.)
